Brief: GJW Consultancy was appointed to assist Matraville RSL Memorial Club to assess its land assets known as 523 Bunnerong Road and determine the “highest and best use” development opportunities available, in order to tailor a long- term capital and revenue management strategy.
In fulfilling this requirement, we considered the Club’s Mandate Objectives of identifying, assessing, and facilitating the ongoing development of the Club’s Property.
Based on the local market opportunity, various candidate uses were considered as being viable for the Property:-

Brief: Provide initial development concepts follow by an economic assessment on the preferred developed. This was completed successfully and we were then asked to provide additional services to assist in the preparation and lodging local council development applications and coordination of other specialized consultants.
Also included as part of our professional services was regular client meetings to provide current activity status reports and to present high-level updated project schedules
